Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without the original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds
